Q: How are your desserts priced?
A: Since we create highly customized treats, there is no fixed price for a particular dessert. Pricing depends on the number of servings, flavors requested and design.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: If your celebration is at least a month away, we request you to book the date with a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% will be due 2 weeks before the event. For a rush order (event less than a week away), we request a pre-payment in full.
Q: Do you deliver desserts to the venue?
A: Yes, we deliver within the Triboro area (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey). Additional delivery fee applies based on the distance of the venue, the time it takes for the commute and the tolls involved.
Q:Can I pick-up my treats?
A:Certainly, curbside pick-up option is available.
Q:What is your policy for tasting and consultation sessions?
A: Please call us at 347-782-1413 in order to set up an appointment for a tasting and consultation session. During the call, you will be asked for a list of flavors you'd like to try and the number of servings of the samples you need. An invoice will then be sent which will have to be paid off in full, two days before the tasting session.
Q:Do you ship your creations?
A:We ship decorated cookies all over the U.S.
Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Yes. We have earlier baked vegan, eggless, dairy-free and sugar-free treats.
Q:Do you have a retail store?
A: Currently we don't have a retail store.
